Allison Larmann serves as the Operations Associate for USA for UNFPA, where she supports cross-functional projects, and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. With more than seven years of experience in the non-profit sector, Allison has successfully supported large and small grant programs. Prior to joining USA for UNFPA, she worked with esteemed organizations such as the Fulbright Program, the National Democratic Institute, and the United States Institute of Peace. Her career has taken her around the globe, including field experience in Turkey and Malaysia. Allison studied International Studies at Indiana University and received a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University where she focused on intercommunity dialogue.
