Dennia is a native of Costa Rica. She has served UNFPA in Latin America and the Caribbean in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Jamaica, and Antigua. In Africa, she has worked in Uganda, Ghana, Namibia, and finally, Ethiopia.
