As USA for UNFPA’s Director of Operations, Tea is responsible for overseeing Financial and Legal Processes Management, Governance, Human Resources, Operations System Management, and Vendor Management. Tea undertakes key projects to ensure USA for UNFPA is running effectively so that staff can focus on our lifesaving mission.

Since 2012, Tea has worked in refugee resettlement and most recently at an immigration think-tank. Tea received her BA in Honors Political Science and minor in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut.
