Doris Daif

Doris is currently part of the Global Consumer Marketing organization at Nike helping to lead on Nike’s Global Loyalty Marketing work across its Digital and Physical channels. Prior to this role, Doris led Nike’s Member Growth organization serving over 300M worldwide members.

Prior to Nike, Doris served as the first SVP of Consumer Data & Loyalty at National Basketball Association (NBA) with a mission of unlocking fan data to both acquire and engage worldwide fans.  Before coming to the NBA, Doris spent 16 years at American Express. In her last role, she led its digital product organization responsible for the enterprise redesign and re-platform of americanexpress.com which resulted in unprecedented Digital Engagement and Net Promoter scores along with Amex’s first J.D. Power win for web interaction. She was named one of 25 Most Influential Women in Payments in 2016 and has been the recipient of American Express’ Centurion Circles Award three times.  She was also a finalist for the Chairman’s Award for Innovation in 2008, and 2010 and a winner in 2008 and 2014.

Doris graduated from NYU’s Stern Business School with a major in Finance and Marketing. She is also active and committed to Diversity & Inclusion efforts in her community and with Nike and has recently been appointed to Chief.
